 Office Space – A secure 6,200 square completely renovated office building. The facility has a diesel powered backup generator. The office is located in one of San Jose most popular business districts.

Computers/Servers- We use Dell computers and servers with 20-inch widescreen flat panel monitors. All computers and servers are connected to UBS powered backup systems.

Routers/Switches/Firewall – We use Cisco routers, switched and firewall.

Internet – We use a T1 secured and dedicated connection. We also have high-speed cable internet for the VOIP and one for backup to the T1. If one connection is lost our Cisco router will automatically switch to a backup connects so that no data is lost.

Phone System – We use a VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) system that is managed by the latest phone system management software and ran on powerful Dell servers through a dedicated high-speed internet connection. The VOIP connection is linked to AT&T in the US . We can add any amount of phone/fax lines and extensions as needed. We can also use any US Area Code that is desired. 1-800 lines are available at an additional cost. The phone system's greeting and voicemail can be customized for each customer and real-time phone log reports can be generated.
